My Personal Vision

This page is about my personal Vision, to find content tagged into the Vision Content Category navigate to /personal/vision/content instead.

Life isn't just about what we do—it's about how all the pieces fit together to create something meaningful. As a Solutions Architect and outdoor enthusiast, I've learned that the most interesting things happen at intersections: where technology meets nature, where professional expertise meets personal passion, where structured thinking meets creative expression.

Personal Mission

At the heart of everything I do lies a mission statement that guides my daily actions and long-term goals. It's not just words on paper—it's a commitment to living a balanced life that promotes well-being while creating positive impact.

Each morning, I read these words to focus my intent and remind myself of what matters most. This practice, born from deep reflection on personal development, helps maintain alignment between daily actions and deeper purpose.

How This Vision Takes Shape

This Mission Statement is condensed to a "Wish" which I use daily in my routine to reaffirm my personal vision, I read this daily to focus my intent.

I'm working to achieve a balanced and fulfilling life through a structured yet flexible vision, what some might call an attempt at creating an antifragile framework, which is supported by four distinct public "entities."

My vision comes to life through several distinct platforms, each representing a different facet of who I am and what I aim to achieve. While each maintains its own digital presence, they're more than just websites, they are containers for purpose and action.

Professional Ventures

My professional journey has been shaped by both technical expertise and a deep connection to outdoor leadership. Two entities, established in 2020, hold special personal significance:

A father and young son standing in snow against a mountain backdrop at Les Deux Alpes ski resort. Both are wearing colorful ski gear and sunglasses, with ski lift cables visible overhead against a bright blue sky.
Me and my father Jeremy Llewellyn on a family skiing holiday in Les Deux Alpes, early 1990s. His entrepreneurial spirit and love of adventure continue to inspire me.

  • TRXM Limited represents my technical heritage, founded on June 30, 2020. While initially conceived for innovative solutions like low-cost outdoor group tracking targeted at low-paid outdoors instructors, it now serves as a vessel for my continued technical exploration into projects close to my heart. Through TRXM, I maintain my commitment to solving complex IT challenges while honoring the entrepreneurial spirit passed down from my father. View projects

  • INUPON Limited, incorporated on August 18, 2020, embodies my dedication to outdoor leadership and education. It represents my ongoing commitment to sharing outdoor knowledge and supporting transformative experiences for others, particularly young people. This passion continues through my personal time and volunteer work. View adventures

These companies were established at a pivotal moment in my life, marking my return to the UK and carrying deep personal meaning.

While not commercially active, they serve as enduring platforms for sharing knowledge and expertise in ways that align with my professional commitments and personal values.

Personal Platforms

These spaces allow me to explore ideas and build connections:

  • Wildernetic is where technology meets nature, exploring the fascinating dialogue between human creation and natural resilience. It's a space for curious minds to discover wonder in unexpected places. View explorations
  • This website serves as my professional home, bringing together insights from technology leadership and adventure guiding. It's where I share how diverse experiences create unique value, demonstrated through professional projects, technical insights, and personal adventures.

Living Values

This vision is grounded in core values driven by curiosity and interest. Whether I'm designing storage solutions or leading mountain expeditions, these values—integrity, respect, compassion, and authenticity—guide every decision and interaction.

Looking Forward

I believe in maintaining clear boundaries while allowing ideas to cross-pollinate. You'll find my technical insights in professional focus, outdoor adventures in personal perspectives, and creative expressions in various forms throughout these platforms.
